How to use Rubber Base
- Prepare the natural nail by degreasing, cleaning the cuticles and matting the nails with a Pro Buffer, a 180-grit file or a 240-grit electric file.
- To avoid adhesion problems, apply 007 Bond Primer, Primer Pen Acid or Primer Pen Bond.
- After 30-40 seconds, apply a thin base coat of GetLac Rubber Base 1 to the entire nail plate. Apply it as close to the cuticle as possible (not on it). Cure in UV/LED lamp. We recommend applying Rubber Base 1 with the Limba Pisica Kolinsky Brush No. 5.
- Apply a second layer of GetLac Rubber Base (any shade), create and shape the tip and build a small apex in the middle.
- Remove sticky residue, buff nails and correct shape with a 100 grit file if necessary.
- Apply a top finish or a GetLac color.
For an intense and lasting shine, it is recommended to keep the nails in the UV/LED lamp for about 1 extra minute. - Apply a cuticle oil.
